I finally saved up enough pennies to order my R-15 in .223 22" caint wait to get my hands on it. That being said, I need to know what factory ammunition yall recomend for sighting in that won't break me.
For home protection its hard to beat the hornady TAP ammo. Although you can get pretty much the same thing through handloading by using v-max or ballistic tip bullets.
mine is 18 inches,,it has become my favorite rifle that I own,,it is 100& stock,,with a 3.5-10x40 Leupold Vari-X III mounted in Burris PERP mounts,,it shoots all my reloads in the 1/2 to 3/4 MOA range and the steel cased cheap ammo in 1 1/2-1 3/4 range,,it will cut bullet holes with 26 grs Varget and the 69 Sierra MK
