My mil told me she has been hearing single rifle shots early morning and late afternoon nearly every day since bow season opened.

5 does and 4 small bucks so far. Got video of 2 of the bucks

Heard 3 shots right at sun rise yesterday morning too. I was thinking "who wakes up and immediately starts shooting"? Sounds like a bunch of law breakers.

My son has been shooting either his .22 or .243 for the past month. Yesterday we fired off his .243 four time. Throw in the occasional 20 gauge shotgun blast every now and then. We do all our shooting around 5:00 or 5:30, just so deer hunters think someone is poaching.
