My son is not able to use a scope or open sites due to being left handed (unable to use right) and not having vision in his left eye, can he use a laser sight on his gun?

Sorry, do not want to be a pest (thick sometimes yes). Need clarification: You stated lasers have always been legal in TN. Didn�t realize that! So, old Polish guy, I can mount a laser red/green on my weapon and be legal?
