Need a better pic of the jawbone...the whole of one side of the lower jaw with a quarter top view from the cheek side would be good. As it is, the dentine appears wider than the enamel on the first molar and there doesn't appear to be much wear on the premolars.

I'd second the guess of 3.5 but there isn't enough showing... Remove lower jaw and take a clear top-down pic of the enamel and dentine in the middle of the teeth
