How loud should I call?

I have both a rabbit and a woodpecker but I am not sure how loud to make 'em holler??

Also are the electronic calls legal in TN?

i start out calling real soft in case there is a varmint really close i dont want to put a big suprise on them and scare them. after calling soft for about 20 seconds i gradually get louder with the electronic call..

yes they are legal in tn.

Yep! I'll sure agree with that!.. There is no way to say they'll always do something... just like a little kid, they'll make a liar out of you every time! LOL.... personally I look at the area... think about where you want to make your next stand.. if you have a small farm and want to make a few stands don't call as loud...

I use mouth calls anyways.
