How Far?

I shot my Knight ML yesterday. It is shooting 2 in high at 50 yds. I was using 300g Harvester Sabertooth bullets, 100g Triple Seven FF, and Triple Seven primers. I am using a medium high mounted scope. How far can I shoot and still aim dead on??

Sure could use some help on this. I will try to get back out to the range and shoot 100 but prob won't have time to or opportunity to stretch it out past 100 yds. Thanks Ray

Last year I shot my wifes m/l dead on at 50 and then checked it 100 yards and it was about 3 inches low. Of course this differs with powder charges as she was shooting 80 grains pyrodex.

I shoot a similar load: 300 gr XTP Mag with 110 gr loose 777. Mine hits approx one inch high at 50 and 75 yards with a zero at 100. It's about 6" low at 150.

If you adjust sights to hit zero at 125 yards, then it'll be about 2.5" high at 50 and 75, an inch high at 100, and 2 inches low at 150.
