Sorry it took me so long to update the home made charcoal thread. Figured I would just start a new one.

Charcoal making was a success! Got a bonus on there too. Brick chicken. Grill a whole chicken in under 30 minutes using a brick??? Yep! Tasty too.

The chicken really does come out good. I was surprised.

Its my second favorite way to grill chicken now. Still like the beer can method a little better.
