Hiwassee

Friend and I drew hiwassee for the bow hunt. Is there anywhere close to just pitch a tent and primitive camp? Any hunting advise would also be greatly appreciated.

Yes I have a boat. Debating on whether or not to bring it.

Bring the boat. Grasshopper creek campground is not far away from Hiwassee, but you have to make reservations to ensure a spot

I've camped there over from the meeting house and bathrooms before. Don't know if they still allow it. I got drawed too. Hope it cools down alot

I drew it a couple years back and when I walked out from the back area woods into the field it was like Riverbend with all the bag chairs lined up. Also had to take a whizz and about hit a couple dudes walking around ini shorts and cutoffs. If I hadn't of cut it off they make have thought it was raining walking around.
