Has anyone heard, or better yet, had any experience with this farm? They claim to be both high fence and fair chase. I've always considered high fence places to not be fair chase, but I might be mistaken. It's 65 miles west of Nashville near McEwen TN.

Just curious.

I've never heard of it but a lot of outfits have a portion of there farms high fenced and a portion fair chase now, looking at there website that's how they are but I looks like you could about do a Midwest hunt compared to what it cost to go there

Yea, not to far from my dads place. Good people from what I know. There place is 2500 acres of high fence I know in one block. All natural Tennessee deer but they do feed them well when deer season is not in. They kill some in the 170 to 190 inch range every year. And have had a couple over 200 inches. They may have bought some more land and guiding low fence to but I didn't know about it. From what I've herd it's not easy hunting like some high fence places dew to the terrain and being so big. And it's fully guided as in the guide will be with you.

Great people, and great place with awesome deer. They manage really well. I graduated with one of the guides/wildlife managers. He's a great guy. Very common 150-180" deer, with the occasional Giants that top the 190 mark. They even have management deer as well that are your typical brute 8 points and so. Even Spook Spann has killed a buck on there (praying hands buck) and his wife killed a big deer there as well, for their show.
