Hawaiian recipe for venison

This works great on steaks, cut steaks in strips big enough to throw on the grill. Marinade meat in shou sauce, its a brand of souy sauce, with chopped garlic, chopped ginger, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of beer. Marinade for 4 to 6 hrs. This also works great on chicken. Cook over very hot fire on a grill. My kids call it candy steak, very good stuff.
