i got drawn early and didn't pay as close attention as I might have the rest of the time....

Saw members AMG and Outlaw there.....

wow three years straight getting drawn, maybe this year I'll actually fire a shot...lol.

I put second hunt as my first choice.....I assume I got that since I was drawn early on.....normally i put the first weekend as my first choice , and never get a shot. many of my friends that hunt the second weekend see chasing and rutting activity, so I think this year might be my lucky year.....3rd time the charm, right?

If you look at the numbers from what I remember there are always a lot more deer killed on the first hunt though.

Yes, Bottom Hunter you got the late hunt. The early hunt filled first, by the time 250 were drawn on the first only 75 on the late hunt. So most people want the early. As for me, this is the first time I did not get drawn. Sucks to be me. On the way home I stopped to ask a man for permission to hunt some land. While talking to him, on his porch, a red wasp stung me on the tip of my nose. Brought tears to my eyes and went to swelling, left eye almost swelled shut. First time I ever had to go to the doctor over a sting. Still swollen this morning. And NO I did not get permission to hunt the property. It sucks to be me.

maybe more deer, but what about bigger deer?

most of the hunters I know are not down there to kill deer, but bigger deer.

i always see deer when i go and could kill deer every day...

i want to go and see some chasing and maybe get a more mature deer on his feet , moving around...

should be fun.....
