HandGun Carry Permit/ Holsters?

Me and the wife both got permits. Now i never have used a holster and dont know anything about wearing one.Seems like it would be bothersome. What do some of you guys wear or use?

I use a paddle type,has clip on it that runs over your belt/pants,keep it in the middle of my back. I like it some folks don't I carry a Kimber Pro-Carry so it's not really all that big.

Yea kinda like the idea of the back, wasnt sure if it was comfortable or not. Does it bother u while sitting or driving?

I use Galco's i've worn them so much that my wallet bothers me more than my holster.

I wear an inside-the-waistband holster at 3:30 to 4 o'clock on the strong side. My holsters were made by Tucker Gunleather and K&D Holsters.

Be sure to get a good quality belt to support the weight of the weapon and holster.

I use Galco's i've worn them so much that my wallet bothers me more than my holster.

Not bad unless it's a long drive,but my wallet comes out then to and I use Galcos to.

I have 3 carry guns that I carry (not all at once)

1: Kel Tec 32 carried in an Uncle Mikes pocket holster
2: S&W model 638 Airweight in a DeSantis high ride
3: Sig 225 9mm in either a Safariland paddle or a DeSantis high ride.

The DeSantis puts the gun very high on the belt, so it takes minimal overgarments to cover the holster. They are also very comfortable to me, and I can take a long trip with them on without noticing.

I carried my P-97 in a paddle high hip, even for a 45 it was covered good and hard to spot whn I carried it covered
