Cooked my first ham on my Big Green Egg yesterday. It was absolutely Wonderful!

You are so right! That was the first time I tried a ham. Just talked my boss into buying one.

Try a whole roll of Sausage and if you have a Pizza stone bake some frozen Biscuits on it at about 350. You just have to turn them a few time....We sell a pecan rub that I put on my Maple Sausage and man is it good!!!!

That does sound good. I cook pizza on it and man it's good.
