I have a Remington 700 in 270 wsm that I think I am going to sell/trade. It is matte stainless with a Nikon Monarch 4x12x40 variable objective scope. The synthetic stock is painted green. Could someone give me a general idea of the value of the combo or rifle and scope seperately. I think I am going to by a 7-08 to share with my daughter, the vanguard youth model comes with a regular size and youth stock.

Figure around $400 for the rifle alone if its an ADL, and $450 if BDL configuration. (That's assuming the cheap tupperware stock). That would be a reasonable price for both the buyer and seller. Pawn shops would offer you less and sell for a little more than the above numbers.

The scope I'm not too sure on, though.
