I was wandering what anyone uses as a value guide. I would like to know the build years of some guns and what they are worth. What do you use and where did you get it?

Blue Book of Gun Values. I think I bought it at MidwayUSA. I also check Gunbrokers closed auctions to see what they are bringing. This will give you a good idea where to price something at when selling.

Guns are only worth money when you buy them from someone else. Once you get ready to sell them they are worthless. At least this has been my experience.

gun value is hard to nail down. really subjective. i have a few that are worthless to u guys but priceless to me. i have an ithaca 22mag single shot my dad bought in 1958 with the original 4x scope. it's priceless

Yea I check gunbroker but bluebook is what I was looking for. I want something I can check numbers against to see when they were manufactured.
