Doing lunch for my PT and her office staff today. Drunk chicken, dirty rice, Ceasar salad and tea. Sure smells good around here. Doing the smoking outside then will finish up in oven.

BTW-I did not drink the first half of the beer, poured it down the sink.

It is a Cajun spiced rice with browned hamburger and diced chicken livers added to it.
