Yep. Had to send one of these back, bought online in a deal from cabelas. I think it may have been a demo or possibly a return as it had an extra off brand battery in the box. Straight out of the box would not come on, even bought new batteries. They sent a brand new one.

there warranty is awesome. I dropped my shotgun literally on a rock 2 years ago and it shattered the FF4 screen on it. called them that night and sent it back. Had a brand new one in my mailbox in 3 weeks. Heck I even told them what happened and there were just like ALL GOOD.

You dont have to be the original purchaser of the burris product either and they replace . Crazy great folks .
