Haven't eaten in two days. Last meal was oatmeal yesterday morning. The cantaloupe milkshake was a bad idea. Going to try spinach and boiled new potatoes tonight. Wash it down with a bananna milkshake.

Well, how'd supper go BW???
Pretty good. Tasted okay and stayed where it was supposed to. I even ate a couple hard boiled eggs with it.
Tonight is a feast of mac and cheese and maybe a spoon or two of yogurt.
