I'm down here for the week. Gonna shore fish while I'm here. We caught some reds last time I was here. Anything else I should try? Also, we used shrimp last time. Anything else better?

We were there last week

Not much off the beach for us, couple small king fish and the smallest pompano you've ever seen.

I did bring home a nice redfish from the pier down there by the state park and ferry.
Used shrimp flavored fish bites. The neon green ones

Just got back from Perdido Key. Caught a bunch of whiting, a few pompano, a black drum, and a redfish in the surf. Used shrimp and shrimp flavored fish bites.

Had good luck on the bay side with live shrimp. Caught multiple species with regularity.

Catch many redfish bay side? I tried it 1 morning, but I only caught croaker.
