when i was young and my mom would cut up a chicken, it was a real treat to get the gizzard and heart :drool: . ive had a soup that had chicken feet in it. didnt know till we set down to eat. was quite a surprise

I dredged in my flour/cornmeal/spices then dipped in eggs and dredged again in flour mixture. I then let them rest for about 10-15 minutes before frying.

I love gizzards but not gonna cook them just for me. If someone put cooked chicken feet in front of me I would try it.
