My Son got this dog when he was about a year old. We got him and his sister. The girl is turning out to be a great hound and is coming along great. We worked with him to hunt but he is not hunting dog material as of yet. He shows interest but then he acts like a pup again. He is energetic and loves to run. I'm giving him away as a pet. I have had him vaccinated and neutered. So he is ready to go. Would make a great Christmas present for a Kid. Will have to be picking up in Lynnville.

Used to hunt some up around Lynnville . We hunted a guy called Arnold's place . His place was on the right going north right before you get to that little town just west of Lynnville .

I live right in that area. That hound is healthy and could possibly turn into a good dog once he gets the puppy out of him. He is just not coming along as quickly as I like. Very friendly dog!

Good deal. Reminds me of a dog my Dad had years ago. He's had some great beagles over the years. They used to run out as pups and basically trained themselves with the old dogs. Anyways, one of the best dogs he ever had didn't show any interest in running until over a year old. Dad tried to give him away. He ended up being one if the best jump dogs that I've ever been out with.

He looks like a 13'' beagle, I remember people back then saying a beagle was a 13 incher or 15 incher.
