Just curious about the quality of the hunting in the area. I know there are some large clubs in there, but I do not know anything about their management practices or ideas. Got a lead on some land in there, but don't want to waste my time or money if there is low potential for quality hunting.
 
Agree with rough country. They keep the land there tied up. You better jump on it if you have a place to get in. They have been doing great management of that area for several years now. They kill 140" deer regularly!
 
Part of our club is on the very head end of sinking cove. That whole area has some real good deer. They are just starting to hit their feet good.

All good news to hear. I have not been on the property yet but plan to see it soon. I'm coming off a long term lease in Alabama that we are losing due to the land being sold. I am looking for quality over quantity that's why I was inquiring here. I know the area has potential as I know several landowners just across the line on the Alabama side.
