Has a secret recipe.

But it sure is good. And the cooking forum being posted
up top made me post this

Emphasis on 'AWARD WINNING'....I made some in that BIG pot somebody gave me and froze what was left. It is thawing out right now and I shall have the honor of consuming it tonight.

Of course, it has turkey as the protein - not exactly deer, but it does the trick.

It is really simple and I hate to show how. But, you are my
buddy and here it is

2 lbs ground venison ( NOT beef )

1 box Carrol Shelbys chili mix ( I know, I know )

1 large jar Pace's picante sauce, mild

2 sweet onions

1 Large green pepper

Pinch of the hot pepper in the chili mix

2 cans of light kidney beans, drained

Thats it. And it is good

Mine's about as simple.
1 lb ground beef, chuck, or venison
1 lb breakfast sausage (hot, mild, venison)
2 alarm chili mix
1 can rotel

Follow the directions on the chili mix.
