I traded two boxes of .308 bullets, (sold the .308 two years ago) for a M38 Mosin Nagant. It's in good shape , all matching numbers, bore is like a mirror

great guns. You got one heck of a deal! M38's are getting scarce. The 7.62x54 round will flat out knock a deer down...between a .308 and 30-06. These guns are the best deal going...do not sporterize it though as you will be destroying a piece of WW2 history. Also check out the Mosin Nagant 91/30, M44. You will soon get another, these things multiply...
