Where do you all get your ammo at? Online, Bass Pro etc...
Reason I ask is I'm wanting to try some 140 grain TSX's in my 7mm08. Midway always seems to be out of stock on stuff and I'd like to get my hands on some in the next week or so.

well i was using outdoorsports on merchants, havent looked to see what ammo ect the new store has to offer yet,i'm going to get some shoot thru them ammo for my 243 & 300 winmag & see if it kills em any deader than normal :) mike243

The new store is pretty slim on what they got. I just need to start to learn how to reload.

Locally,Gander MTN would come closer to haveing that ammo, better yet just go by J Floyds and have them order you some.

If your still running athens you know were to go.

Reloading will save you alot of money in the long run as high as factory ammo has become. A box of WSM shells, regardless of caliber is $40.00+ a box.

Tell me about it HH! That's one reason I started shooting the Fusion stuff. It shoots good, its a bonded bullet and its killed all the deer that I have poked with it out of my 300WSM. I would like to try to shoot some of the Barnes stuff thru it to see how it does, but at nearly $50 (or more) for a box of 20....to rich for me to shoot at paper.

Chris-

I'd be glad to help reload some for you. I've got all the components including the tsx. I've not tried the tsx in mine yet, but it'd be hard pressed to beat the 140 AB.

Let me know-

Thanks Judd. I ordered some off of Midway even though they are on backorder. I've got two boxes of Accubonds for it to start out with. I just need to get out and shoot.

I refuse to pay that kind of money for ammo, thats the reason I got into reloading. Not to mention each time you save your brass, that's 40 cents less a round on 300WSM and you get a beter quality load tailored to your gun. I can load practice ammo for alot less.
