Foothills WMA access

Is there access to the foothills wma from the foothills parkway (or anywhere on that side)? I see where they overlap. I scouted out some of the area off montevue rd today and found some decent areas, but it would be a tough hike to the back of the wma were the parkway goes through it.

I would contact the Park service as well since they actually own the land that the parkway resided on. I was told that I absolutely could NOT park on the Parkway and hunt in the WMA. I have however, saw trucks parked along the parkway and in the locations that I saw them at I would assume that they didn't ask or didn't care and done it anyways.
