Can i actually mix wheat and clover in with my hotshot that is supposed to grow anywhere. i bought it in hopes of growing it in the woods because it doesnt get much sunlight! Will the wheat grow with the hotspot or does it need to be out in full sun?? i know clover grows basically everywhere so i'm not too concerned bout it and its cheap

wheat will sprout and grow in the woods but it wont really take off until the leaves fall off of the trees and it can get some sunlight. It wont grow as good as it would if it was in a field, but it will grow.

I like to go with Austrailian Winter Peas for anything thats really shaded. They grow great in shade and they also tolerate lower PH's.

Austrian Winter Peas are a fall/winter/spring annual. They should be planted in fall. They do not do well at all unless tilled or drilled into the soil. They won't have a high germination rate if only broadcast onto the surface.
