I have a helix 10 mega si 4gn, with lake master vx, and a minn kota ultrex quest. I have them networking through minn kota 5 port hub. The video I've watched says to move the cursor to what deep line you want to follow, then hit the go to, a drop down should show two colors, one for going right and one for left and choose which one you want. The problem is nothing shows up on the drop down. Tried rebooting everything and trying different things but still can't follow the contour lines. Anyone have any suggestions?

Everything is updated. I found out today that my helix doesn't show my trolling motor. Can't figure out why. You guys at performance installed my quest and everything was working great, so I must have done something to screw things up. I did get the upgraded hand remote and put a 360 on it. So it's probably during those two things I screwed something up. Guess I'll have to schedule an appointment to bring it in so you guy can fix it, cause it's beyond me. Can't do it next month even if you have an opening, so I'll call and see what available at the end of June.

I do not believe every lake has this option. I have been to a lake that follow the contours didn't work but I do not remember what lake it was. It works great on Ky lake.
Well, I found that my trolling motor was not connecting to the hub. Checked all the connections, found one loose and tightened it up, but still no good. I must have done something when I installed my 360, cause it worked before then. Tied disconnecting the 360, still nothing. I'll just take it in to Performace and let them fix it. It's beyond me.
Update. I found my problem. Thought I would give it one more try to figure what was wrong before taking it to Preformace. I found that the connections to the advanced GPS at the control head had one of the 8 pins bent. Carefully moved it back in place and reconnect it. Everything works as it should.
