Looks like a mechanical broadhead hit in the right front shoulder/neck junction but could possibly be a fighting wound...

It was a grazed wound from what i think was a broadhead

I broke tradition and harvested a doe in archery season this year. My son showed up and helped skinning. He said something like "at least you know it's at least a 2 year old" as he pointed out the healed broadhead scar in/out through the backstrap. I didn't even notice it.

Guessing the neighbor boy has learned about deer dropping by now...
