The morning started out being a little foggy but that didn't seem to bother the turkeys.
Heard this old boy gobble as soon as I stepped out the back door. I set up on him in my favorite spot and after a few calls he came into view. A load of #6's put him on the ground.
Didn't weigh him but figure he's close to 20 lbs. 10 inch beard and spurs just a little over an inch.
Looks like we'll be having turkey for supper.
Congrats to all you guys and gals that have scored already, good luck to those who haven't yet.
