Any recommendations on a decent fish finder for a small Jon boat?

Just bluegil beds, catfishing, cover for fish etc. Nothing for tournament use
Following this bc I'm in the same boat. Literally.
Hard to beat a helix7 with side imagining. If you can go bigger screen than I suggest going to helix 9
I'm a garmin guy so I'd say a 73 or 93sv.
I just bought Lowrance Hook Reveal SplitShot 7" screen ($400 on Amazon) for my Jon Boat. I have the Lorance Hook2 TripleShot on the big pontoon boat.
pretty much a flip of the coin now, well except for the lowrance hook series which should be avoided.
Yep. Those came on my boat and was the first things I took off it.
I'd look into a Helix 9 or the Garmin EchoMap series.
Helix 7 or 9
I have the Helix 7 and it works great for locating bream beds.
edit. Pic from 2020. Dirty screen, fingerprints and lots of glare but still easy to see them

Really? Why don't you like them? I've never had an issue with mine.
they had a lot of firmware issues losing xducer connection.

Anyone have experience on Garmin Echomap UHD 93SV with GT54 transducer?
