First Turkey season without needing a Thermacell

I don't own one. I didn't use any Permethrin until after I tagged out, when I hunted with a couple other people I sprayed my clothes because the ticks were getting bad. Never bothered by a mosquito, kind of strange. But I did tag out before green-up. Haven't been bugged by skeeters though even after green up while fishing or mushroom hunting.. maybe not a bad mosquito year here.
