First Grassie (pic)

I have shot thousands of carp since I started bowfishing but I had never shot a grass carp. Finally got my first east TN grassie on Saturday. Missed some more that could have eat the one I shot. Still had a blast! Ended the day with 51 commons and buffs. I love this stuff!

My son caught one about that size a few years ago.
Accidentally snagged it with a crank bait.

Wish I could have weighed that thing, it HAD to of weighed close to 50 pounds.

LOL, thats awesome, I did the same thing in a big Bass Tournament on the Ohio river in Paducah KY, wasted 10 mins of my time tryig to get my $10 spinnerbait outta that things tail! :tired:
