first year hunting with a compound have killed several with gun and a few with crossbow,but this year wanted to try my luck with compound,so bought me a used martin jaguar and started practicing this is the first yr i have ever even shot a compound bow and i really like it. i missed a doe last thursday morning miss judged the distance and shot under her. but this evening this little 3 point came thru right at dark i could barely see my pins and had trouble lining the shot up. shot little far foward but the broadhead still done its job entered the front should and exited the rear ham,it wasnt quarting that much it must have hit bone and turned it. i found about 4 inches of my arrow,the fletching end gonna look for the other end tomarrow hopefully the broadhead is still good.
