First deer I’ve mounted up in a while.

I just do taxidermy for myself. I've had this one tanned and ready to mount for 2-3 years….just never had the time to get to it until a couple weeks ago. The pic was taken just after mounting. It still has to dry and be finished. Neck at ears was just over 26". True measurment.

I've killed 3 deer that dressed over 220#. I'd say this one went 240-ish. Cape right behind ears, raw, was 26+ inches.
