I know this a late reply but I'm to new to sight,Marine Sales in lebanon deals in all brands of motors. two years ago I bought a 40 Yamaha from them It was a new 2005 model with full factory warranty I don't were they get these engines, I think from overstocks or foreclosers #615-433-4203 ,the nearest E-tec dealer
