Ended deer season with .... first coyote

Can't complain. Been very blessed to harvest 3 this year including a decent 8-point to start the season with.

Went this morning despite not feeling good at all. Had this guy come in at 8:00 from a pasture next to the farm I hunt. Couldn't let him walk. 1 shot from my .308 into the neck and he flopped right over and didn't move.





I could get addicted to this. Might have to go back in the spring with the AR.

True that. To me "spring" starts as soon as deer season is over. Might have to invest in a good call.

Thanks everyone. Been hard to really enjoy it, been down with the flu since then. Oh well, I have his head in the freezer to remind me of the hunt.
