Easy and pretty darn good
1 to 1 1/2 chicken breast
1-block cream cheese
1- jar Pace Picante sauce
1-can of enchlida sauce
1- pack of taco seasoning
1- pack of the big flour tortilla shells
1-bag of shredded cheese (I used colby and Montery Jack)
Take about a lb or lb1/2 chicken breast
and dice them up or cut in chunks
Put a little oil in a pan and brown the chicken
when the chicken is about half way done add about 1/2 a pack (or more or less) of
taco seasoning and finish cooking.
Take a block of cream cheese and a bottle of Pace Picante sauce
and mix the 2 together and melt in the Microwave.
Then take out of micro and add chicken to it, stir it up good.
Use the big flour tortilla shells and add mixture just like making a burrito, and roll them up. After there all rolled up,
Pour Enchlida sauce over the top and then cover with shredded cheese and put it in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes.
When you mix the cream cheese, picante, and chicken together
it will look soupy at first. But when you cook it, they tighten on up and is not runny. Let it set for about 10 or 20 minutes.
