Has anyone eaten here? Good food and portions, they are located next to Lowe's at Summer and Perkins.

Had the Beef Brisket sandwich yesterday, and the Fish Tacos today, my coworker had the slaw dog, all excellent.
Those Tacos look very good. I have driven by there dozens of times and never noticed it. Elena's on Summer at Raleigh Lagrange has some great (Southern California style) Fish Tacos too. The rest of their menu is OK, but both the fried and Grilled fish tacos are outstanding.

I've eaten there a good bit. I always want to try different things but I end up going back to the fish tacos. They do have some huge wings, smoked and served with a spicy bbq sauce. I'd get them again. Out of the 10 times I've eaten there I've gotten the tacos 8 or 9 times.

Had the jerk wings from there today. Outstanding!
I will be going tomorrow for the Fish Tacos, I plan to get there early on Friday between 11:00 and 11:15 if anyone happens to be in the area.
I am going next week...probably whenever they open Tuesday.
They open for breakfast, so is that when you going to be there.

Ahhh good to know...Nope, I want lunch. Just looked at their website Lunch starts at 11. The Brewshop nearby opens at 10 so that will work well.
Just had the Fish tacos, and beyond wonderful again.
Going to try tge tacos today around 11.

I had the tacos yesterday. WOW!!!!!!!!
I will have to try the Jerk Wings, but it is hard not to past on the Fish Tacos.

And it sounds like I'm gonna have to try the fish tacos. Maybe work will be a little slower tomorrow and I can get by there.

The Tacos were fresh, vibrant and filling. I left a bite or three of the last one...but picked out most of the filling. Very good and I'd eat them again, but Im still partial to Elena's...totally different style of Taco, so the comparison isn't straightforward.
Several other things on Elwood Shack's menu got my attention. Especially the Sliders and the Brisket. I bet the Jalape�o slaw with the "Big Guys" Roast Beef sammich would be outstanding too. ...I'll be back.
