If you don't have a lifetime or sportsmans license, this is a really bad investment of money.
To put into perspective, if 15 people put in every year for 50 years, odds are only one of them will be drawn across that entire time period.
That's something like $9,000 for one tag.

Unsuccessful. But I bought the Lifetime License the first year they came out so no entry fees for me!
No draw for me, but I only apply because I have a Sportsman's license.
Lifetime License holder here also. I like that it doesn't cost anything to enter any quota hunts.
