As of this morning the maylay is right on schedule! A doe and fawns early, then a doe with 3 different bucks chasing her, 2 yearlings and a broke rack 3 yr old got a pass. Maybe an hour later another big doe had a 3 yr old in hot pursuit, but he had maybe 110 inches of rack and also got a pass. With this front coming in they were moving decent! I think the next 10 days should be the best of the year here!

And some of us have to work!!!! Figures, warm and windy when I am off, then back to good weather when I have to work!

im on vacation so im going to hunt much as i can, my ohio trip was cancelled due so im going to hunt some knox county land of mine

This week and Thanksgiving week are usually the best for here. I have two vacation days to take this week and off all next week. I will most likely be doing some all day sits. I haven't been in a tree here since last Thursday, but it was sure happening in KY this past weekend despite the crappy weather there.

I don't know about today but the bucks here on the farm have been chassing for the past week or so.
You are one tough dude hunting in these weather conditions, the wind has been blowing like crazy all day and the rain is going sideways.
Hang in there, hopefully the one your after will come by soon.
Good luck!!

Here your passin and I'd be shootin. You guys must have a good spot. My sightings have went to almost nothing the past few times I've been out.

Sounds about right on schedule! I work tomorrow and Wednesday then off for 11 days! Can't wait. Just wish I was off tomorrow.
