I have a buddy joining our group for one of the WMA Duck Blind drawings. He has a type 94 license what else will he need to be in the drawing? Thanks in advance

The type 94 is not a license. It is a WMA and Special Season Big Game PERMIT. It has nothing to do with the waterfowl blind drawings. It also does not replace the other LICENSES he would need to be able to use that permit.

From last year's Waterfowl Guide:

A valid Lifetime, Annual or Senior Citizen
Sportsman License, or an Annual WMA Small
Game and Waterfowl Permit (along with a Type
001 or 071 as appropriate) are the minimum
needed to enter the blind site drawings in August.

I have seen nothing indicating a change, so those would be the basic licenses and permits needed to draw.
