Drop shot multiple baits?

I was thinking about the A rig and wondered about tying like 3 drop shot hooks like 3" apart and then the weight on down on the tag end? You think they would key on it like they do an A rig but using it like a regular drop shot?

Try a jig for your weight

Put strong enough line between baits. If you catch 2 fish big enough, they will break line. And yes, use a jig for your weight.

Great idea! Sounds like others have tried it before, but I've never thought about it.
