Doves Everywhere Today

Anyone else notice doves all over today? I saw several flocks of 10+ birds and a powerline with 40+ sitting together. Come on December 8! I'm ready to try a late season dove hunt.

One of the very best dove hunts I went on was mid-late December. A buddy had corn and milo planted for a September hunt but left strips standing. He cut those in December and had the only food around. He was covered up with birds. With the winds we sometimes get then it made for some fast, fast shooting but birds everywhere.
