I own and really enjoy dogs! That said they have no place running loose and running deer on others private property. Passing thru occasionally is no problem, running deer repeatedly IS a problem. Deer will adapt very quickly to different situations and im sure in a situation where they are being ran by dogs repeatedly, they will avoid the said area in short notice. Now dogs just passing thru regularly and not really bothering the deer will likely cause little disruption to them.
