Thawed out some back strap .Yesterday morning i fixed some marinade. Of Janes Krazy salt,7up,and uncle bobs,and worchestire sauce. Soaked for about a day and a half. Got the gas grill Real hot. Turned it down put the meat on browned the 1st side about 5 minites. Flipped the meat. Turned the grill up just enough to brown the 2nd side another 5 minites. Pulled in off the grill wrapped tight in foil,turn the grill off. and let em rest in the grill, Another 5 or 10 minites. They will melt in your mouth.
