Deer Season Question

i was looking at the deer season dates and I know that the seasons start on certain Saturdays, so season is never the same length, but doing some simple math, it seems (Unless i added wrong) that season is like a week shorter this year.

Normally when we have our arguments about how many days bow season is and how many days gun seasons are, the total season is usually quoted to be between 103-105 days, but this year by my math the season is 96 days total.

Is that shorter than usual? or is it because of how the days fell?

I got 98 days plus 4 days for juvenile.

Rifle season is shorter, but bow season is longer... and the bowhunters still will want more special treatment :whistle:
