My wife picked up an orthotic last night and that's currently in my shoe. Been massaging it, ice, ibuprofen. It doesn't bother me once I'm on my feet for a few minutes. It's the first few minutes after having sat thats the bad part.

Forgot to mention, watch out for Mr No Legs tomorrow. This cooler weather seems to have them on the move. Havent seen one all year and then 2 and a big skin in the past week and a half.

Just gonna get out and watch the sunrise on a deer season and enjoy the coolish weather. I'll probably be home before noon, deer or no. Hopefully I'll get to watch some squirrels and clear my mind
