Sorry for the delay fellas been very busy lately! Wish the chicken bacon and ranch pizza pic would've showed up! I dont have recipe in front of me I'll try to go by memory the best I can and if I mess anything up or forget anything I will edit it when I get home. Due to time I'll act under the assumption you know how to make pizza dough and leave out every little step but If I'm wrong and you need the directions let me know and I'll post those also!

The dough:(stand mixer with dough hook is your friend!)

3 & 1/2 cups unbleached bred flour
1& 1/2 cups whole milk(110 degrees)
1 tsp active dry yeast
1tsp sugar
1 tbsp kosher salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven 500 degrees
Press and stretch dough into the cast iron skillet(gonna need a good sized one and make sure its well buttered to keep from sticking)making sure the edges are thick.

Sauce and toppings:

We did a homemade cherry tomato sauce that had a garlic clove and some red pepper flakes mixed in but a good quality store bought sauce will work just as well and save a little time.

Add a layer of italain sausage before the sauce(we like a mixture of sweet and hot)we fry up a pound but don't use all of it or it would look kind of messy. Spread pizza sauce over the sausage and cover with 6-8 pieces of thick cut mozzarella. Put a little oregano and olive oil on top and bake for 30 minutes 500 degrees.

I think that about covers it I will look at the recipe later and double check everything. If any of you decide to make it post up some pics! Again sorry for a long wait on the reply!!
