I bought a SS Remington 700 muzzleloader about 3 months ago, took it all apart and the barrel off so its just setting there waiting on me to decide if I want to build another 45 smokeless or a 40 this time. Kinda leaning towards the 40 but not real sure what would you build and why?

Get the 40 old man. It will make smaller bug holes.

Run some 240gr CEBs annealed and sized. BC is roughly .330ish.
